Mario games
My sister is pretty amazing at coming up with game. For this party she had them paint old diaper boxes which took some time. That was at the beginning of the party so by the end of the party they got I wear them and race! The other game they got to play was the yoshi game. She bought party blowers and they had to knock down all the cups. Yoshi in the game eats fruit with his tong, so that's what they did! It was great. There was one more yoshi game, she colored green spot to make "yoshi eggs" and they did the egg race with these yoshi eggs.
Who doesn't love Mario?
Here we go! My sister had a Mario party for her son! These are the cute treat bags. Mario candy dispensers were at maceys grocery store for a dollar a piece. They also had gold coins like the kind in the game. Along with candy and some silly string.

Wood, paint and Faith!
At camp we had to give gifts to all the other camp groups and yes once again we are on budget so there were 7 other camps so we decorated these faith signs. The dollar store had some wood faith signs so it worked out perfect. Because we were faith it was great plus we already had some paints and jewels to glue on there!

Camp Camp Camp!
I have posted how much I loved girls camp and you are going to hear it again! I love girls camp! Before we left we talked about decorating the cabins to make the experience even better but the budget was pretty limited. We had to buy snacks, treats, breakfast for 4 days, and drinks so the decorations had to be cheap. So this is how it turned out. We were trying to stick with this "seed of faith" Theme and so we did the paper flowers and faith quote with lots of color. The over all camp theme was "Incredigirls" So also trying to tie the ward theme of faith and the super hero aspect we decided to do FLOWER POWER.(chessy I know but it totally worked)
There were two cabins. One was for food and one was for sleeping. Above is the food cabin below was the sleeping cabin.
On the outside of the sleeping cabin we put a sign that says "Watch our FAITH grow" and beside it we put a flower that grew larger every day. It was a great outward sign for other campers to see.
More post to come!

Seeds of faith
We wanted to motivate the girls during the week to read their scriptures and pray. So what better to bribe them with but skittles! The theme for the decorations in the cabin was flower power. (our faith grows like a seed into a flower) every time they read their scriptures or prayed or did a good deed they got to eat another skittle. This really did motive them!

Girls camp rocks!
I had the opportunity to go to an LDS girls camp this year! I had a blast. Our group them was faith. There is so much you can do with faith(so many quote, saying, scriptures) so I was over decorations for the cabins and come of the cute gifts that we gave every night. So we make lanterns for all the girls. They were easy cute and looked amazing hanging in the cabin. Here's what you do. 1. Take a mason jar and cover it in glue 2. Pour on glitter 3. Attach wire. It worked out great. I added the quote "your future is as bright as your faith"
That was the gift for the first night so they could use them all week. We has the battery operated candles that lasted the whole week! I will continue to post more camp projects! Stay tuned!
